A significant systems installation was behind schedule and over budget.
There were extreme levels of frustration internally which stalled the project and impacted external customers, resulting in both sides considering legal action.

Solution
The first step was to address the conflict, find ways to work through the causes of the conflict and progress the project forward. A full day off site session was held with all key decision makers for the project. Rosser & Associates having reduced the escalating conflict was then able to assist the client with process improvement, project management, and meeting facilitation.
Results
Conflict was reduced, new frameworks established to process issues, the project for the system installation continued and legal action was avoided. Key players are working together rather than against one another.
