Situation
A member of the Senior Leadership Team needed to develop a strategic approach and ‘bigger picture’ thinking for the business. Frustration levels were high amongst colleagues and management had a question mark as to whether or not this person was the ‘right fit’ for the business to progress the company forward.
Solution
An Executive coaching programme was developed with a focus on strategic development, ‘bigger picture’ thinking and developing a proactive approach to business challenges. This required an attitude shift and sustained behavioural changes by the senior executive.
Results
The senior Executive now works making meaningful contributions at a strategic level with improved outcomes for the business, including identifying a new revenue channel. Colleagues now regularly seek out the Executive for their strategic contributions and input to key business projects.
